I love my job. Assignments I get allow me to travel the world and gain access to people and places I would be unlikely to connect with otherwise. But it is my personally inspired projects, like the one below, that are the real creative catalyst to my growth as a photographer. It’s these photos that people relate to and as a consequence, I get hired to shoot what I love most.
Here are a couple of outtakes from a recent personal shoot for the next image in the Dreamscapes photo series which are nighttime scenes. These are not what you’ll see in the final photo but these are so touching I thought I’d share them. Often the moments between the “planned” actions are the most sensitive.
